Terms, delivery & returns
1. Who you are buying from
DRIPPLUG. is an independent reseller based in Tirana, Albania, contactable on dripplugal@gmail.com and 0688395400. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official retailer of the brands whose pieces we resell.
2. How an order works
- You choose a piece and size, add it to your bag, and fill in your details at checkout.
- You receive a confirmation email with your order number (format DP-YYMMDD-XXX).
- We check the piece and call or message you on the number you gave us to confirm it.
- We hand the parcel to the courier. You pay the courier in cash when it arrives.
An order is only accepted once we confirm it with you. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or damaged, we will tell you before shipping and nothing is charged.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Albanian lek (L) and include everything except the delivery fee.
- Payment is cash on delivery only. There is no card payment on this site and we never ask for card details.
- We may correct an obvious pricing or stock error before confirming an order.
4. Delivery
- Where: Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
- Fee: 350 L per order.
- Free delivery on orders of 6.000 L and over.
- Time: usually 1–3 working days after we confirm your order. Remote areas can take a day longer.
- If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel comes back to us; a second delivery attempt may be charged again.
5. Returns and exchanges
- You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags and its original condition.
- Message us first at dripplugal@gmail.com or on Instagram with your order number and a photo of the piece.
- Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is wrong, damaged or not as described.
- Because most pieces are one-offs in a single size, an exchange may not be possible. In that case we refund the price of the piece; delivery fees are not refunded.
- Refunds are made in cash or by bank transfer within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
Items that were clearly damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours so we can claim with the courier.
6. Condition of the pieces
Everything we sell is genuine and checked by hand before it ships. Many pieces are previously worn or old stock, and we describe noticeable flaws in the product description. Sizes are the original manufacturer's sizing; measurements or fitting advice are available on request before you order.
7. Available-to-order pieces
Some pieces shown in the "Available to order" section are not in our hands yet. They are requests, not stock: message us with the piece and size and we will confirm availability, price and timing before anything is agreed.
8. If something goes wrong

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. The terms in force are the ones shown when you place your order.
